The Reverend A. Craig Chapman
Associate Pastor Rev. Chapman serves as associate pastor at Trinity Church where he was ordained in October 2003 as a Minister of Word & Sacrament. In particular, he oversees ministries of spiritual formation, pastoral care, missions and mercy. Craig is a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin (B.A. in English literature) and St. Mary’s School of Law in San Antonio (J.D.), and in 2003 he became the first graduate of Westminster Theological Seminary’s Dallas campus (now Redeemer Seminary), where he received an M.Div. degree. An attorney by training, Craig worked in law and in the corporate world (including starting his own business) before discerning a call to ordained ministry. Before coming to Westchester, he served for four years on the program staff of Park Cities Presbyterian Church in Dallas. Craig currently serves as Chairman of the Campus Committee (Reformed University Fellowship) for the Metropolitan New York Presbytery and as a Trustee on the Board of Redeemer Theological Seminary in Dallas, his alma mater. Craig and his wife, Dru, have two children—Kinnon and Garrett—and live in Rye. Craig enjoys gardening, home remodeling, and watching their son's lacrosse games. |
